The Italian Gastronomy Week has been organized by the Italian Embassy in collaboration with the Public Professional Institute for Hospitality and Catering "Tor Carbone” and in collaboration with the Cham Palace Hotel of Damascus. The menu presents typical regional dishes, giving an opportunity to taste their varieties. They mirror different traditions which had been shaping Italian culture. The choise of the Menu has been done by Chefs Marco Protopapa and Renato Protasi, assisted by Valentina Maietta. During the Italian Gastronomy Week Giacomo Caterini, Director for the Reception and Valentina Pagano, Director for the Hall Bar will also be present. We wish you Buon Appetito!
