Opening of the exhibition Fifty Years of Italian Cuisine, by the President of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina, Francesco dell’Osso. A reception has been held after the opening and before the lecture Italian Switzerland: poor cuisin, rich arts given by Prof. Marco Cameroni
