Italian Cuisine Training Course

The Italian Chef Alexander Capello, from Damascus Four Seasons Hotel, held an Italian Cuisine Trainig Course to students and chefs of the l’Hotel & Tourism Training Centre. A dinner prepared by the students has been presented the end of the course to the special guests: the Ministry of Tourism Saadallah Agha al-Qalaa, the Ambassador of Italy Francesco Cerulli, the President of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina Francesco dell’Osso, the President of the Syrian Cuisine Accademy George Husni, and many other guests invited for the occasion. Tv and journalists partecipated to the event, a diploma has been given to students and chef by the Director of the italian Institute of Culture, Gabriella Fortunato, and by the President of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina, Francesco dell’Osso
